Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email provided. Shipping can take up to 3-7 business days AFTER THE PROCESSING PERIOD. What are business days? Business days do not include weekends or holidays. At this time, expedited shipping is not available. Please be sure to enter the correct address, hair texture and length before confirming your order. Once your order is placed, we cannot revise or alter shipping options. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in the mailing system. Any issues with delivery or transit of products should be addressed with respective carrier, Fedex or DHL by filing a claim.
